So I have been in touch with Samsung regarding my S22 Ultra upgrade not showing on my account. I made contact and they told me as checked out as a guest we wont be getting them.
Very crafty from Samsung as you could upgrade if you was logged in on your account.
That's also why your order number wont show up when you try to view it in your account.

You can join the program in the UK? also i got the points for my phone case i ordered.
I asked the question about crediting it they binned me off.

When signed in you could not upgrade. It only works when you are signed out.
It did say when preordering we will get the points that's why its a bit annoying we are not getting them.
The clearly knew what they was doing by not letting you upgrade if you was logged in.
