S22 Ultra bugs, FPS drop while recording UHD 60 fps

I have been experiencing bugs ever since i got this phone. Its a pretty expensive phone to have these problems. While recording in UHD 60 fps, when i move the phone, it lags, the fps drops. It is pretty annoying. My S10e doesn’t drop a single frame. it stays smooth no matter what.

There's also a line that randomly pops up from nowhere in different positions. Like the screen glitches. Its hard to explain. 

Samsung must fix this in the updates. It is super annoying and i am a loyal, long time samsung customer.

Hi.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy S22 Ultra.

We recommend that you clear data in the camera app, which you do in this way:

- Settings
- Apps
- Camera
- Storage
- Clear data, Delete (you do not lose any personal data)

If you do not notice an improvement after this, you can also reset the settings of the phone (this is not the same as a factory reset).

I am not the only one experiencing this, my mate also has a S22 Ultra. He is also experiencing the fps drop, especially when theres less light, then it lags like crazy.

I have tried doing what you suggested. Still have the issue.

We then recommend that you call our technical support so that we can try to help you further via RM - remote control of the device.

In this way, we can see if there are any error codes , run diagnostics and help in additional ways, for example. resets etc.
