We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy S22 Ultra.
We recommend that you clear data in the camera app, which you do in this way:
- Settings
- Apps
- Camera
- Storage
- Clear data, Delete (you do not lose any personal data)
If you do not notice an improvement after this, you can also reset the settings of the phone (this is not the same as a factory reset).
