We are not aware of this being a problem other customers are experiencing. In this case, we would recommend that you try to reproduce the problem and then send us an error report via Samsung members and send the phone's system log so that our technicians can investigate this more closely.
You can create an error report like this: Samsung Members > Support > Error report.
