Reward points

Has anyone actually ever earned reward points from samsung?  I have bought numerous items in the last year, and despite having registered (numerous times) for reward points, and ordering from Samsung.com and using my email address, not a single point has ever allocated. 

Not sure I have enough mental energy to try and speak to someone for hours for them to eventually tell me I placed my orders in the wrong way, or that a certain product was exempt...

I've probably had near a 100000 points. All you need to do is be registered for points, Then make sure you're logged into your samsung account before you purchase anything, points are then automatically added.

Yep I've had £30 worth but only has a month to use !

I make sure I'm logged in for every order, never works. Guess I'll have to speak to them. That's always a joy, and half a days works. Cheers.
