Samsung never send me return package yet. I wait 4 weeks olready. Klarna said that they gonna charge me £199 because i didn't retuened phone yet. My phone has cracked screen. What if i will not return this cracked phone and let them charge me 199? Is there any other fine for not sending phone back?
Ok then. One more thing. When I filled upgrade programe I've put that returned phone has cracked screen but fully working device. The system went me through and shown that because of damage whey will charge me £150 pounds (Grade D). Is that means I can send it back cracked?
I've contacted with samsung and whey promised that I'm gonna get return label on my email in next 24h
I got the return label in the packaging with my new device but they will probably send you one on email too if you asked, and yes you can still send it in with a cracked screen if have mentioned it on the trade in
