Registering smartphone without box

Hi,

I have bought S21 phone from Samsung (official website in NL) and hoped to get Buds 2 as advertised (on promotions).

I have thrown away the box and now Samsung refuses to register my phone/send me the Buds. I have provided them with all the info (apart from picture from the box) and they still refuse to honour their obligations.

What can I do here, already spoke to their customer support 5 times. The only answer is "you need the box", which doesn't make sense as ads said Buds are with the purchase of the S21 phone, not of the box.

I don't see anything about the box in the T&C either.

I had done it, with IMEI etc.

They just refuse to honour the promotion because I don't have a box. I don't see anything about needing a box in T&C.
