Rakuten's TV broadcasts have two Finnish texts on top of each other. How do I get another one out.

Maybe if you disable subtitles and se if one text is still there? In that case the subtitles are "hardcoded" in the program.
If both texts disappear then there is a problem with the Rakuten app.

In either case it should not be Samsung specific and Rakuten is responsible for fixing it ( I think).

I don't understand Finnish although I have Finnish parents (I was born in sweden), but translated your message with S-pen translation... Works great..

When I delete subtitles from Rukaten's channels, the subtitles are deleted from all TV channels. I've also contacted Rakuten TV, but they don't know how to fix the problem.

Ok. Sorry to hear that.
Maybe if you uninstall Rakuten restart device and install app again.
That might work. If not, I don't know where the fault lies.

I found out why there is dual subtitles.
If you go to your tv settings (if you are watching on a tv), and disable preferred subtitles to none (in TV settings).

That should work and you should only se one subtitle.

I deleted, but since then there are no other TV channels with subtitles.
