Promise of refund, but it never happens? What is going on.

Hi, I cannot seem to get any help through the phone. This is regarding *order number* . My request number is *****. I was told I was getting a refund on the 16th of November. Then yesterday morning I would be getting a refund within 24 hours. I am getting very frustrated that samsung keep lying to me. And where is my refund?

I'd turn to the payment issuer for help. They maybe able to reverse the charge since Samsung seem to be playing you about. You'll need to provide them with evidence though.
