Has anyone else had bad support from Samsung recently...they've really gone down hill
My recent experience:
1) It took me 7 attempts to get an engineer visit booked for a faulty oven...wasted about 2 hours of my life.....only when i complained on the 7th time I got it...then still waiting for the appointment to be booked (after 5 days).
2) S21 ultra faulty after 7 months, took 2 weeks to get repaired very poor, not very ultra
3) Cashback claim took 9 emails to enable..
Completely agree, you are lucky even to get a response. Most times you are ignored, it seems they just hope you give up trying
