Problems with direct messages in Members app

I have reported this before and heard that you guys will look into it.

But issue still remains that your members app cannot load any private messages at all, when I go to direct messages it takes me to empty page saying there is currently no messages. 

Could a staff member off samsung have this solved soon? Since it's very annoying not being able to read direct messages from other members!

Hopefully they solve your issue soon. I fortunately haven't experienced any problem with direct messages in the members App. Best regards AndroidSweden

Could the staff who wrote to me in DM please send a message again? Since i lost the notification and therefore I cannot reply back to the message they sent me.
