l am wondering if anyone has had problems getting in touch with Samsung management? I have had a problem since 14 December and still waiting for my issue to be responded to.
The products are good but the customer care is very very very poor.
Any comments and support is much appreciated. Thanks.

I have had a similar abysmal experience, no call backs in relation to a faulty (new) laptop as promised by frontline customer team 5 weeks ago.
Reference 1924832, please can someone in authority (NOT A ROBOT) in Samsung respond??
