Problems watching apple tv content on my Samsung QE43. I have to unplug / replug tv to fix it everytime.

Hi!

Since a month or so I had problems watching Apple TV+ on my Samsung QE43 (model samsung qe43q64tauxxc). It has worked without problems until now since I bought the TV 4 years ago.

Everything looks fine in meny when I open the app. But when starting to watch the picture is almost completely dark and pixelated.

I have to unplug the tv and plug it in again and the problems is solve until I exit the Apple Tv app.

I have to do this everytime I watch something.

I have tried with resetting Smart Hub, reinstalled Apple TV+ app and the TV firmware is updated.

I have no problem with any other apps (Netflix, TV4 Play, SVT Play, Youtube, HBO Max)

Any one else experienced this and do you in that case have a solution?

I have googled the problem but didn´t find anything about the problem.

We recommend that you call our customer support while you are at the TV and we will be able to connect to your TV and investigate the problem more closely.
