Poor customer service

I've received really poor customer service from Samsung in relation to an order i've made on their website. They've still not rectified the problem, has anybody ever raised a complaint before with samsung?

I'd like to but there doesn't seem to be any avenue for it. The sales/order team are completely hopeless.
