Samsung LoungeI tried for several hours today to purchase a Samsung S20Fe on website. I signed in every time and filled in all details properly. I contacted my bank to ensure that payment would not be blocked. I was able to get as far as payment section every time., then was told that payment could not be processed and to contact customer services , which is a joke. I can't understand them, and most likely they cannot understand what I am talking about.. I have no idea how I am going to be able to purchase this phone. I have tried different cards, different browsers. I tried on Samsung phone , desktop, and iPad . Any advise would be welcome.
