Why do the sales organisation have absolutely no control or information about orders?
Why does the store advertise an item with delivery times (3 weeks) that are not even close to being met (over 5 weeks later)?
Why do the customer service agents have no access to a delivery forecast and absolutely no clue when items will be dispatched?
This looks like a totally amateur operation you are running here.
