It sounds like it has something to do with your watch face. We ask you to try changing the watch face.
Should the same problem occur regardless of which watch face you have, we recommend that you submit the ticket to our Samsung health department. You can do it via this link: https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro
Tap contact us at the bottom of the page > Sign in to your Samsung account. Here you can submit your ticket.
