When i bought my new phone today i did not get the possibility to pay with my points. Not in part or in whole.
Support just keeps throwing me around. Anyone experienced the same issus?

We have had reports that some customers seems to have an issue with their Rewards points and we are working on a solution.

Samsung LoungeNo problems @MortenStor - its a bit hidden in the Members app. If you click on the Community tab, then your profile (name/round photo), then select Direct Message and select the pen down to right corner 👍
On the site you press your photo, and then Messages to send one 😊
