Samsumg has blocked remotely my phone. I sent my old one so now no phone to do what I need to do , special work.
I sent my old device S20 Ultra and now, no old and no new device Galaxy Z Folder 3 5G .. This is great !!!!!
Anyone have the same problem because I pass all day try to resolve this by chat text and video call, emails and the result ......... nothing I pay to have problems .

Is there an error code message on the phone? If so, what does it say?
And where did you purchase the phone from?
