My pen doesn't write on the whole screen.

My pen doesn't write on the whole screen. On the inside of the "sun" it is not possible to write. I just got my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra and can't get over this error. Can anyone explain?

Do you have a walletcase or someother case with something magnetic?
Had the same problem with my note 10. It was the magnetic of the case.
