I keep getting these messages saying alert. I didn't realise they were charging me for sending me these messages! My bill trippled last month and I couldn't cancel it as it was not a direct debit...have had to pay the bill...please help

Hi,
Try contacting ur network provider and seeking help from them. Or you could block the messages and report it.

If its a call, I can block, no prob. If its a message, I can't seem to block it....have tried 02, and they blocked the first one for me, but now another one has popped up.

You need to get onto O2 and really battle them with this
This is something they can do something about
Also get onto your bank and get them to change your cards.
Just tell them you have lost them or something like that. They will cancel the original ones, so you will have to redo your directs etc
But small price to pay considering the alternative
