Received an email to say I can enter to win a tech bundle but it asks me to update my details yet won't let me. Anyone any ideas how to do this.

Had an email to enter a lucky dip but can't get it why send me it and then tell me I can't enter what a scam stop sending me these emails if I can't enter them

this happened to me yesterday, I came out completely and went back in and it worked fine 🙂
