Lost all my rewards points even though I didn't go thru with purchase

Can anyone help pls. I decided not to use my reward points or even buy the product in the end but my points still got redeemed. How do I go abouts getting those points back pls?

Give it a few days for things to reverse @Babychan to see if the points return.

A person has 24 months to use their Samsung Reward Points.
