Lock screen notifications issue SAMSUNG A33 5G

• @samsung.com i also facing the same issue while receiving the notifications of some application my screen is not wake up what the hell is that ? #samsung Need your attention here . Why is that happening e.g. on Snapchat, Gmail, SMS inbox application if i received notification on lock screen my screen wake up AND if i received WhatsApp, Instagram, Factbook and many more application notification on lock screen only sound play and  not waking up my lock screen.

Did you make sure you set under screen and AOD that it should wake up on every notification?

@JakeSully  but Samsung A33 5G don't have AOD and please share me step if you have any ?

Ah so it's a A33 model then it won't work. 😕

Now on gmail and snapchat also not waking up screen. lock screen notification is only working for SMS service .
it means if i received any notification on Samsung message application when screen is lock and off.  only wake up on when i received the SMS
