Just asking: 

when i go to the samsung site in Belgium it is in the dutch language. But when i go check my profile it is in the french language. How can i change that to dutch also?

Are you referring to the Samsung Community Forum or the Samsung Online Shop @Members_XZMrqRc  ?

Where are you looking at regarding your profile you've mentioned ?

Are you definitely navigating to your region's specific site's  ?

I'm not sure if this is relevant but you can download languages into your phone via Settings > General Management > Language.
