Klarna declined but charged my debit card

I signed the agreement with Klarna to finance my new Samsung phone, but at the very last stage it was announced that I was declined. However  Klarna has withdrawn my deposit from my debit card. Is is some sort of fraud? Will they reimburse me? How can they decline my signed agreement and charge me anyway? For what?

You'll possibly find that the amount hasn't been taken from your bank account but instead gated off by your banks systems awaiting for Klarna to take the amount.

As they won't the amount should drop back into your available bank balance in a few working day's.
