Hi, does anyone know why it isnt possible to to have the numbers row on top when using keys Cafe?

Works fine for me? I have numbers on the top above the letters. I also use keys cafe.

Suddenly I got it also.When i switched theme LOL. One thing is that there seems no way to lose the sound from the keyboard...
