The Irish shop site is bundled with UK support - the live chat and numbers all mention UK, which is very insulting. You wait for ages, then are told they cannot help you with your order and rudely hung up on! I want to cancel an order! There is no way despite the Samsung website saying you can online...you can't ! I go to live chat on Ireland which is actually UK and am then told I cannot do it via them!!! Samsung get your Irish website together as it's appalling! Incorrect faqs, incorrect and rude support . Trying to phone a number to cancel an order now and it doesn't even work!
