@Richy951811 As far as I am aware  a product  with inbult camera is not planned at present. when I searched S pen camera noticed the exact same image  and is referring to the Remote Control features available with Air Actions https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer S Pen Remote Control

I think a microphone on the s pen would be a useful feature what you think james?

Yes I think a Microphone may well be attractive. Thing about camera is that may not be be impressive for some customers at the price they would charge.
