Increase opacity of lock screen notifications

The notification previews on my lock screen have so low opacity that I can't read the text sometimes, is there a way for me to increase the opacity so the image on the lock screen isn't visible through the notifications?

Hi,

On some models we have a transparency setting that you can modify if you go to: Settings > Lock screen and security > Notification > Transparency. Try changing this setting and see if that helps.

I do not seem tho have these settings. I'll contact the support. Thanks. This seems like a reeeaally basic feature. Why is it not avalible on all devices?
