I have paid Rs 17999, from Paytm (I had selected Paytm UPI payment, but when I scan your bar code it went to Paytm wallet and I have completed the payment. But the web page was hung, I had to close it. I did not get any mail confirming or rejecting my order. I got a call from Samsung, when I told him that I have made the payment, He hung the call. I made whatsup calls to support, They couldn't solve my problem. As I made this payment as guest, I don't know what to do. So I am entering my problem here.
