Unfortunately its hard to say why it is not working for you, it could be many reasons but here is some things you can try 😃
1) Check that you are applying the right IMEI number, you can find it in your phone (Settings > About this phone). There you can see IMEI 1 and 2, try both
2) It can also depend on that you have tried/done a exchange before with your current IMEI, and its locked in that case contact our Support
3) If you have tried all these steps then contact our Support, and we will help you!
