När jag ska byta in min telefon här på samsung så får jag när jag slår in mitt IMEI nummer så står det att jag ska kontakta min nätoperatör någon som vet varför??

Mitt abonnemang är obundet just nu..

Unfortunately its hard to say why it is not working for you, it could be many reasons but here is some things you can try 😃

1) Check that you are applying the right IMEI number, you can find it in your phone (Settings > About this phone). There you can see IMEI 1 and 2, try both

2) It can also depend on that you have tried/done a exchange before with your current IMEI, and its locked in that case contact our Support

3) If you have tried all these steps then contact our Support, and we will help you!

Om du får sådan meddelande då kanske din telefon är operatörs låst. Har för mig finns en eller fler operatörer kvar som kör med sådan lås fortfarande vilket är dåligt.
