How to screen record on lock screen?

In the quick panel, if you have screen recording on your device, it will be there.

You can also search in the app section for screen recording to see if you get the suggestion there.

Oh I see, I overlooked the lock screen part. I think it's set as a security lockout that you can't screen record without the device being unlocked.
