Hi

I am having an issue about which I wish to contact Samsung Exec's (sorry this forum not place to discuss). Please can anyone advise if they have had a need to contact either Koh, Dong Jin or Kim, Hyun Suk in the past, how they went about it or how they obtained contact details.

Thank you. Yes I have an issue, I have escalated to UK president email but get the impression this is just next tier customer services and I just want someone to review and use commercial judgement. Appreciate your help.
