Having issues when inputting IMEI for trade in

I'm looking at the S22 Ultra and trading in my S21 ultra. However when I go to paste the IMEI on the Samsung site, and agree to the T&Cs, the button to continue doesn't turn blue and allow you to continue. Anyone experiencing this?

Yep. The same. Tried with my flip z 3 5g and doesn't recognize the IMEI

We had the same issues, entered IMEI2 details and it accepted it

as soon as you put the Imei you have to wait a bit because their site really sucks .. you will see that afterwards you can go on
