Morning, going for a long shot here as I've got nowhere else to go.
Submitted a trade-in request 2 weeks ago, got the confirmation email straight away saying a pack would go out in 24 hours.
2 weeks later, pack hasn't come through and 2 emails to firstname.lastname@example.org have gone unanswered. The stated phone number 0333 2079 676 has a message saying that the call centre is closed due to COVID, and contacting customer support through live chat on the Samsung site is another blind alley as they are a completely different department and cannot assist.
Anyone have any ideas?
I had a mess with each recent trade in and claim....takes ages
