We often **** off the tech guys, saying he was no good , he doesn't know what he's saying.
Today, i spoke with a technician called FOLA.
I am disabled and often take a little longer to understand what's happening than most, but I would like to recommend FOLA. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable.
He took time to explain things to me sometimes three times and therefore I think that it's time that we bring to the attention of Samsung that some of their tech guys that some of their guys should be recommended for the service they provide.
