Hi,
I ordered Samsung s20 FE and the galaxy book from the Samsung Canada e-store yesterday using PayBright. Even though I got a confirmation of loan email from PayBright but the retailer (Samsung) didn't send me any confirmation email. Now, I don't have any order id to track my order and I am not sure whether the order was placed successfully or not.
Please share if you know anything about that!
