It's a little sign of appreciation from Samsung that you get for being active on the community ๐ Simply be active and you will gain more of them over time and maybe (just maybe) you might also become a superuser over time ๐
@Flintstone: As advised by @SjorsK, badges are simply tokens to show off your contributions to the Community, so congratulations on you Pioneer and Motivator badges! If you'd like to check out your badges, and look at the other ones you can earn, please click on your profile at the top of the page, select your profile name (at the top of the list of options) and choose 'See All' below your existing rewards. Click on each greyed out badge for a brief description of what's required to unlock it, although please be warned that they're a bit vague 
Typically though, you can't go wrong with creating posts, replying, liking posts (and your posts being liked), and continuing to positively contribute. Enjoy!
