If you got Google Play Voucher when you purchased the Watch 4, Google won't use these funds for current subscriptions coming up for renewal.

If you want to use the credit from the voucher for these, you will need to cancel the subscription and start it again.

I only realised after a current subscriptions renewal was taken from account and not my play store credit.

Cancel it within Google Play Store either via PC or the app on phone

I couldn't see any options for cancelling

If subscription not listed under subscriptions within play store then you either have no subscriptions active, already cancelled but would show cancelled or the subscription is external to play store in which case you would need to contact the provider
