Ghost items stuck in the shopping basket

Hello, does anybody had an issue with the items in the shopping basket and not being able to view them to remove it? I wanted to purchase few items and added them to the basket to find out the total cost with applied discount. I then removed each item but somehow my basket still shows there are 3 items there. I cannot view them only when i go to checkout it shows me what am i ordering and cannot remove it. I have tried to clearing cookies and cache, i used different browser and didferent device, however whenever i log in to my account those items are still there.
Can anyone help?

Try using incognito mode, log into your Samsung account and check to see if the items are still present in the basket. If so, try to remove them in this mode. Hope this helps! 😎

I tried that too😔 still nothing. I spoke with customer service but they cannot do anything, telling me to wait 24h. I cannot believe nothing can be done about this.

Did this fix itself after 24 hours? My basket is doing the same. 2 items worth £80 stuck in the system, no option to delete anything! Madness! They're telling me to clear cache, history, etc. (the old turn off and on response)! Obviously that does nothing, knew it wouldn't as my basket is in the same state on 3 separate web browsers! Literally can't buy anything with this issue in place!
