What particular issues are you experiencing @IndiW ?
I use the Samsung Internet App exclusively and find no issues using it.
18.0.0.58 is my current version.

I'm more inclined to think that's more to do with your mobile network operator throttling speeds or suffering from mast congestion when more people are at home and using the network heavier.
