I don't understand your question? Am I correct that you are using the Samsung Members app? And if yes, what changes do you suggest in order to make yours (and others) experiences better?
it was a statement not a question !! simpler menus would be a good start, a nice easy way to navigate the site would make the experience much more enjoyable. yes I using the members app.
