No link to claim my Free Ear buds 

Contacted CS, says I have to wait for the delivery of above 

Is this information correct??

You will need some of the information like serial number to fill out the claim form

You will receive a promotional leaflet with your watch which will have a link to claim. Just make sure your have proof of purchase and serial number etc as glentech mentioned. I've done this so many times lol

I have received my watch and will say that you do not receive such a leaflet in the packaging. I didn't even receive return instructions for my trade-in! Also, Samsung have never emailed me proof of purchase, which I have complained about on this forum, and you their customer service several times.
