I missed the deadline for the Ear Buds by 1 day because I returned the S22 Plus. I had to wait a while for my Network to process the return and allow me to upgrade to the S22 Ultra. Is there anything you can do to help me get the offer?

I too have missed out in the past by 1 day so I know how you feel.
The phone has to have been bought by the 5th of April 2022.
There is no way to circumvent this I'm afraid. 😕

Samsung LoungeHi Samsung, On 8th April you emailed me and asked for proof, which I replied back to on the same day and attached the receipts/order confirmation. I still haven't heard back from you?
Also, I've sent you a couple of emails asking when I'd get a reply and haven't has a response. I have also called you a few times but couldn't get through to anyone despite waiting in the queue for over 30mins.
Please can you reply back to email. Please confirm you have received the proof and when you will dispatch the ear buds. Thank you 😊
