could you help me with the following monitor firmware update and how do i ipdate with mac or DOK. i tried with the version you specified before but the monitor did not recognize the firmware as eligable. 
my monitor model code is: LC34G55TWWMXCH.

Hi @sur1kata!

Make sure you don't already have the same version you're trying to update to. Otherwise, you can try with the latest version that I am attaching here. You need to unzip the file and put the .bin file on an empty USB stick formatted to FAT32. See if the monitor detects the file then.
