Hi, i've been try to play ps5 on this monitor but it doesn't support 120Hz? the monitor run 165hz on my pc, but the ps5 not... How can i resolve? (i'm using the PS5 cable)

First you need to check in the settings on your PS5 that you have activated "Enable 120Hz Output". If this is on but it still doesn't work, we recommend you try a different cable. If none of this works, you are welcome to contact our customer support for more help. Not sure which country you are in:
