Fingerprint recalibration?

How do I recalibrate fingerprint? It always worked but saying it needs to calibrate now?

Ok! Try going to settings (inställninar) - bio metrics (biometrik), and then safety (säkerhet) - fingerprint (fingeravtryck). You should be able to re-calibrate the fingerprint here 😊

Nope, it says you cant so that while using the work profile?

I dont even have a work profile

Ah, it was just the software in system that needed to reset. That requires admin mode, which the reseller charged 50 euro for.

Admin mode, also called root, is nothing for users.
I am an it tech and was just looking for where i reset the software.

I did it myself. Costed me 50 euro to get the answer where i reset(recalibrate).

Its perfectly understandable that users are not told.
Root mode is like the sim card pin. Untrained users WILL harm the phone, which can not be fixed 😉

My A50 works perfectly again.

They need to warn users to remove their fingerprint before they turn off the security.
That was what caused this, hehe
