Feedback/ideas for Samsung

I don't know if this got posted twice now, I posted a few minutes ago but it disappeared and in my profile it says I have 0 publications so I'll try again. 

I have been an iPhone user for the last 10 years and I've been happy with that. However, about 6 months ago I switched to Samsung and have now a Galaxy s24, Tab S9 FE, Watch 6 44mm, Earbuds 2 pro and I'm quite happy. The things I miss about apple are things I think would benefit not just me but a lot of users. I'm living in Sweden so some of these things might exist for some people idk. Some of the feedback may be things I would like as well and not just things I miss about apple.

 On phones:

 - Better base when listening to music.

 - Buying ringtones, like on iTunes for example.. I get that you can download other apps etc but iTunes have good quality and adapted ringtones.

 - Being able to create tables in the notes app for easy budgeting. (I miss this the most since I used this everyday for various things).

 - Being able to send and receive MMS over wifi (not RCS but regular).

 - Face recognition that is as fast and good as Face-ID on apple.

 - Good camera microshots on all S models.

 - General improvements with the camera, iPhones seems to beat Samsung with colors. Also the preview of the photo on Samsung is a bit different from the actual photo, on iPhone however, what you see is what you get. 

 - Something as good and smooth as iMessage and Facetime.

 - Being able to choose to have the apps own notification sound, WhatsApp for example.

 - Snapdragon instead of exynos in Sweden.

 - This is a small thing, but why is the camera so bad specifically in the Snapchat app?? On iPhone the snapchat camera is very good but on my Samsung it sucks.

 Laptops:

 - I would love a fanless laptop more than anything, since I'm chronically ill and need to use my laptop in bed a lot, and I need to be able to have it on the bed without anything under. Also I study from home and will work from home in the future so I don't want fan noises.

 - Better base for music, it's hard to find as good of a speaker as a MacBook, but please, this is necessary. 

 - The same speed as a macbook would also be great.

 - The trackpads on MacBooks are just amazing, I think Samsung should straight up copy this from apple.

 - I know a lot of laptops from samsung have good battery, but I would like to see better. If apple can do it, I don't see why Samsung can not.. I have seen various tests on YouTube and the macbooks always seems to win.

 - Lastly the build. I know a lot of laptops from Samsung are metal, but usually a little plastic here and there, and I would love an all metal laptop like the Macbooks.

 Earbuds:

 - Without earbuds you can during a phonecall choose to block out background noises, but with earbuds this option doesn't exist... I miss that so much from apples airpods. Also this option without earbuds isn't as great as on an iPhone (with and without airpods) so I would love to see improvements around this.

 - Better base.. (I have earbuds 2 pro, and not even close to the base of my 3 year old normal airpods).

 On tablets:

 - Basically the same ones as for phones except MMS and stuff that's not available for tablets. 

 Watches:

 - Better battery life but otherwise no complaints.

Don't get me wrong, I love my samsung products and I'm happy I switched. There are a lot of stuff that exist on my Samsung that I love that didn't exist on my iPhone. The things I miss the most are really tables in the notes app, face-id, buying good quality adapted ringtones and blocking out background noise very effectively with and without earbuds. But the other stuff as well I think is valid. With laptops if I would choose 3 things that are the most important for me, I would say fanless. A fanless windows (not chromebook, but windows) laptop from Samsung is what I need. The trackpad being as good as macbooks and the base when listening to music. 

I don't know how this member app works yet but if people can comment, I would appreciate not getting any hate, these are my opinions and I'm not hating on Samsung, just saying what I think would be great to see. 

Also I don't understand the lounge thing, this is the first time I'm using members but I'll post in the Samsung Lounge and hope it's the correct option.

Thanks!, one other thing I forgot to say is that Siri is better than Google Assistant, Siri answers more questions out loud wheras Google Assistant more often gives you a link to click on to read things on your own, and a few other things. I would love to see improvements here too

Du kan ha valfri låt/musik som fil på datorn och föra över den till telefonen och ha som ringsignal. Klockornas batteri kommer nog aldrig bli bättre tyvärr, jag gick tillbaka till min Garmin. Orka inte ladda varje dag, va inte så mycket "ultra" egentligen. Tror även du skulle kunna ställa in olika signaler för olika appar, eller om det va kontakter. Jag kör på vibration och tål inte ha signaler på. 😅

Du kan låsa upp telefonen med ansiktet också som "face-id".

Jo jag vet att man kan göra så med signalerna, men det skulle vara skönt att bara kunna köpa en färdig i bra kvalitet utan att behöva jobba så mycket för det haha

Jag fick min Watch 6 gratis och den håller typ 2 dagar, men skulle va skönt med 3-4 dagar

Jo de går att göra så med appar, men WhatsApp exempelvis har en egen signal som jag vill kunna välja utan att behöva söka och ladda ner exakt det ljudet och hitta med bra ljudkvalitet osv, vill ha det lätt 😅

Ansiktsigenkänningen finns på samsung och den fungerar, men det är inte lika snabb som Face-ID och inte lika säker och den funkar inte lika bra i mörker osv, så skulle vilja ha något som är lika bra

Är väl bara att fixa ringsignalen en gång iofs? Om du inte byter varje vecka. 😂 man kan ha spotify som väckarklocka, kanske ringsignal också?

Watch Ultra håller till och från jobb med gps. Totalt ca 3km. Sen om man tränar dras en del där med. Hem och sova men på morgonen så behövs den laddas och det hinns inte med. Då kommer den dö på jobbet istället. Så räknas inte steg och gps-rutten hem. Sen får man ladda den en stund för att kunna dra och träna dag 2. Sitta och vänta på det går inte. 😴

Jag har s22 ultra och det funkar helt OK i mörker för mig. Men föredrar fingeravtryck, det är säkrast alternativt kod. Vet inte hur basic s24 är iofs. Tycker inte kamerorna osv är lika maxade, samma på folden. Det, skärmen och batteri gör att man avstår. 😕

Jo jag gillar att byta lite nu och då, hade önskat att det fanns ungefär som iTunes där man kan köpa fördiga i bra ljudkvalitet så det är snabbt och smidigt utan extra jobb

Förstår de, det är jobbigt att ladda klockan ofta 😅

Jo asså den funkar i lite mörker men inte lika bra och snabbt som Face-ID, och den är inte lika säker som Face-ID, så jag använder fingeravtryck också just av den anledningen. Face-ID på min 3 år gamla iPhone funkar snabbare och bättre än ansiktsigenkänningen på min S24 och min mammas S23 Ultra, så hade önskat att det fanns något som fungerar just lika bra

Nä kameran är lite sämre på s24 och s24+ än s24 ultra. Ångrar att jag inte tog plusen eller ultran då det känns som att jag nedgraderade mig lite från min 3 år gamla iPhone på vissa plan (inte gällande allt men en del)
