To what I can see is that s21 fe does not support esim. Since when I check Swedish specification page at samsung for s21 fe it says only dual sim, nothing about embedded sim which is eSIM. So I dont think it supports eSIM. So only SIM it can support is dual Nano Sim. So samsung won't be able to enable it since phone itself is missing hardware for eSIM.
